Our Commitment
Common Grounds at Leakey Drug wants customers to be able to browse the menu, create an account, place pickup orders, review order history, and manage account settings with reasonable accessibility.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a practical benchmark for improving the web app and mobile experience.
Current Efforts
- Use semantic HTML and labeled form controls where practical.
- Support keyboard navigation for core web flows.
- Keep color contrast, focus states, tap targets, and readable text in mind during design work.
- Avoid relying only on color to communicate status where the interface allows.
- Test important order, checkout, profile, and account flows as the app changes.
Third-Party Checkout
Payment is handled through Square-hosted checkout. Square controls the accessibility of its hosted payment pages, but we still want to know if a checkout handoff creates a barrier so we can help route the issue.
